摘要
基于创新型国家的特征,文章阐述了研究型大学技术转移的内涵、基本方式以及对建设创新型国家的重要意义。进而系统地分析了我国研究型大学国际技术转移的主要形式,探讨了研究型大学国际技术转移在创新型国家建设中的作用表现。最后提出了促进研究型大学国际技术转移的建议。
Based on the characteristics of an innovative country, the paper discusses the conception, basic manners and meanings of the international technology transfer of the research university. Then it expatiates the main forms of international technology transfer systematically. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the strategic effect of international transfer on building an innovative country. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions about promoting the international technology transfer of a research university.
