摘要
科学技术发展对社会产生广泛的影响,其中,科学技术发展对社会关系、组织的变化成为社会发展的一个重要标志,并改变着组织管理模式与方法等。在现代社会中,科学技术改变了生产方式、社会结构、社会关系与组织类型。因此,对科学技术发展导致的新型社会关系的机制进行分析,并在此基础上分析基于社会关系变化而引起的组织变迁的特点、机制和基本模式,探讨科学技术发展形势下的管理方式的改变。
Science and technology has a broad impact on society,the development of science and technology has changes on the social relations and organization which has become an important symbol of social development and is changing the organizational management＇s models and methods and so on.In modern society,science and technology changed the mode of production,social structure,social relations and organizational type.This paper mainly analyzes the new mechanism of social relations which is caused by the development of science and technology,then based on this,we analyzes the characteristics,mechanisms and basic mode of organizational vicissitude which caused by the changes of social relations,then investigate the changes of management which is in the situation of scientific and technological development.
