摘要
合成了壳聚糖-Cu(Ⅱ)[CS-Cu(Ⅱ)],并进行了IR、TG/DTA表征和模拟过氧化氢酶催化过氧化氢分解实验.结果表明:CS-Cu(Ⅱ)在室温至240℃下具有良好的热稳定性;CS-Cu(Ⅱ)具有过氧化氢酶的作用,能够较好的催化H2O2分解;温度,反应时间及pH值等都是影响壳CS-Cu(Ⅱ)催化性能的重要因素.
In this paper, a catalyst, chitosan-Cu( Ⅱ ) complex, has been synthesized and characterized by IR and TG-DTA, and has been applied to simulate H2O2-enzyme to catalyze the decomposition of H2O2. The result shows that the chitosan-Cu( Ⅱ ) complex has very good thermal stability under atmosphere from room temperature to 240℃, and has the same effect as the H2O2-enzyme on catalyzing H2O2 to decompose. In addition, the factors affecting the catalytic property of the complex are temperature, the concentration of H2O2 and the reaction time.
