摘要
通过对科学组织内部运行态和外部运行态的分析,形成一个科学自主性和社会型塑性相互作用的关于科学组织运行的“双重相互作用圈”模型,从科学与社会关系的角度,探讨了科学组织的多元模式,分析了科研管理的有效性。
Based on the analysis of the scientific organization＇s internal and external running, a model of dual interaction loops that illustrates the scientific autonomy and social shaping comes into being, which presents some policy implications for S＆T management.
