摘要
农产品加工业是我国的传统产业,也是国民经济的基础支柱产业。文章分析了我国农产品加工科研和产业发展的现状及问题,并提出了加强对粮食等大宗农产品加工的科技成果转化,加强对我国传统食品工业的科技成果转化,加强高新技术在农产品加工领域应用的科技成果转化,加强农产品循环综合开发利用的研究与成果转化等促进农产品加工科技成果转化的对策。
Agricultural product processing industry is China's traditional industry,and it is also the basic pillar industry of national economy.The status and problems of the agricultural product processing industry in China were analyzed in the paper.Some countermeasures for promoting transformation of agricultural product processing achievements were put forward,such as,promote the transformation of achievements in processing of grain,large scale agricultural products,achievements in traditional food industry,achievements of High-Tech in agricultural products processing area,achievements in sustainable and circular use of agricultural products processing,etc.
