摘要
高速逆流色谱是一种连续液-液色谱技术,具有无固相载体的优点。现将近年高速逆流色谱在天然产物分离中的应用作一介绍。
High-speed countercurrent chromatography （HSCCC） is one kind of continuous liquid-liquid distribution chromatography with the unique feature of eliminating the use of a solid support. This paper reviews the application of HSCCC in the isolation of natural products.
