摘要
目的 探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因芯片在妇女下生殖道病变中的应用。方法 采用HPV基因芯片检测590例生殖道病变患者与72例健康人下生殖道分泌物或脱落细胞的病毒分型。根据病理诊断分型把590例患者分为3组:宫颈糜烂组385例、尖锐湿疣组173例、宫颈癌组32例,比较各组的HPV感染率和感染类型。结果 健康人群HPV感染率为13.9%,生殖道病变组中宫颈糜烂组、尖锐湿疣组、宫颈癌组HPV感染率分别为34.5%、70.5%、93.8%,组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);不同生殖道病变组均存在HPV感染单一与多重感染,但是组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),且各组HPV亚型感染分布不同。结论 不同生殖道病变的HPV感染率和感染类型不同,HPV基因芯片在诊治、监测和预防生殖道病变中有重要作用。
Objective To explore the application of human papillomavirus (HPV) genotype with gene-chip on female genital tract lesions. Methods HPV genotypes were examined with gene chip technique in 590 female patients with genital tract lesions and 72 normal women. 590 specimens were divided into 3 groups (cervix erosion group with 385 cases, condyloma acuminate group with 173 cases and cervical carcinoma group with 32 cases) according to pathological diagnosis. HPV infection rate and infection type were compared. Results The HPV infection rate in control group, cervical erosion group, condyloma acuminate group and cervical carcinoma group was 13. 9%, 34. 5%, 70. 5% and 93.8 %, respectively. There was statistical difference between different groups (P〈0.05). In different genital tract lesions groups, there was no significant difference in single HPV type infection or multiple HPV types infection (P〉0.05), and the HPV infection genotype was different. Conclusion There were difference in the HPV infected rate and type in different genital tract lesions. HPV genotype with gene-chips method is important in the diagnosing, monitoring and preventing of genital tract lesions.
