光皮木瓜总三萜化合物提取和含量测定 被引量:17

摘要 通过分光光度法定量,研究了光皮木瓜中总三萜化合物的乙醇浸提工艺。在单因素实验基础上采用L9(34)正交试验设计,考察了浸提时间、浸提温度、料液比等因素对光皮木瓜总三萜化合物提取率的影响。结果表明,在无水乙醇体系中浸提温度为80℃,浸提时间为3 h,料液比为1∶16时提取效果最好,总三萜化合物提取率为2.83%。 The extraction technology for total triterpenes from Chaenomeles sinensis (Thouin) Koehne with ethanol as extracting liquid, and the total triterpenes was determined through ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The effect factors of temperature, treatment time and mass/volume ratio of solvent were studied through orthogonal tests L^9 (3^4) on the basis of single factor test. The results showed that the extraction rate of total triterpenes was 2.83% in the optimal extracting conditions as follows: 16 times of amount of anhydrous alcohol, 80 ℃ of extraction temperature and 3 hours of extraction time.
