摘要
目的:对天花粉中总三萜皂苷含量进行测定,为天花粉质量评价提供依据。方法:选用熊果酸为对照品,5%香草醛-冰醋酸和高氯酸为显色剂,以紫外分光光度法测定天花粉中总三萜皂苷的含量。结果:标品在16~48μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9905)。样品在10~40min内稳定,加样回收率为97.22%,RSD=1.59。结论:该方法操作简便,快速,灵敏度高和重复性好,可用于天花粉及其相关产品的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the quantity of total triterpenoids in radix trichosanthin. Methods: Total triterpenoids was determined by spectrometry using ursolic acid as atandard and 5% vanillin - glacial acetic and perchloric acid as colcr - developing agents. Results: The content of the standard was closely correlated to its optical density in the range of 16~48 μg ( r = 0.990 5) with a stability within 10 -40 min. The average recoveries was 97.22%, RSD = 1.59. Conclusion: With simple operation, rapidity, high sensitivity as well as fine repetition, this method can be helpful for monitoring the quality of radix trichosanthin and related products.
