摘要
介绍了激光焊的原理、接头形式、接头的间隙要求、焊接过程的控制及其在车身制造中的应用。激光焊用于大面积钣件的拼接,镀Zn板的焊接,HSLA钢与低碳钢、不锈钢、镀层板等异种材质、不同厚度的“拼接钣坯”的焊接,对于降低整车质量与成本,提高结构强度与生产效率,具有一定的优越性。
This paper presents laser welding,its principle, forms of welding joints, allowable clearance between welding joints, control of welding process and its application to the body manufacturing, etc. Laser welding may be used in splicing large area sheet metal, welding of galvanized sheet,welding and piecing together the different grades or thickness sheet blanks of high strength low alloy steel, low carbon steel, stainless steel or plated steel, etc. It has the advantage of reducing the weight and costs of whole vehicle, improving the structural strength and production efficiency.
