摘要
校本教研文化建设是校本教研制度建设的关键。精神层面的价值观、制度层面的规章制度和组织机构、物质层面的条件创设、群体的行为、个体的态度等,互相影响、互相制约。只关注局部,不顾其他,不但难以把握校本教研发展的真谛,更难以保持其健康发展。在校本教研制度建设中由技术取向转向文化取向,加强文化建设的探索,不但是校本教研制度建设的重要使命,也是将校本教研制度建设实践引向深入的需要,更是促进教师专业发展、实现学校和学生发展的关键。
The construction of school-based teaching and research culture is the key to the construction of schoolbased teaching and research system. The value outlook in the level of mentality, bylaws and organizational institutions in the level of system, condition creation on the level of material, behavior of group and attitude of individual are influenced and restricted by each other. Only paying attention to the part and ignoring the others is not only difficult to master the essence of school-based teaching research development, but also difficult to keep its healthy development. Therefore, in the construction of school-based teaching research system, to turn from technology orientation to culture orientation and enhance the exploration on cultural construction are not only the important mission for school-based teaching research system construction, but also the requirement to lead the practice of school-based teaching research system construction to go deep. Furthermore, they are the key to speed up teachers" professional development so as to realize the development of school and students.
