摘要 以教学研究为基本内容,在教育理论专业人员和教研员为经纬线搭建的幼儿园园本教研框架中,以个体、教研组和课题组为组织形式,幼儿园教师采用个人教学反思、理论学习、集体备课、课例分析和课题研究五种形式开展教研活动,从幼儿园内部的管理体制改革和社区资源的有效利用两个角度对幼儿园园本教研予以制度上的支持,是当前中小城市幼儿园园本教研的有效模式。 To improve the validity of kindergarten - based teaching research in small and medium- sized cities, firstly, the kindergarten should construct the system that would urge teachers to participate in such research activities with the help of experts and instructors. Secondly, the kindergarten should help teachers to learn from their teaching reflections, theoretical Studies, collective preparation of the lessons, teaching case studies and subject research. Thirdly, the kindergarten should give support in management system and share community resources for kindergartenbased teaching research.
