摘要
本文通过建立农民纯收入的影响因子模型,并在此基础上研究这些影响因子对农民纯收入的影响程度,得出如下结论:农民人均纯收入与山区人口比重存在负相关关系,与劳务输出比重、自然村村均人口数及非农产业产值比重存在正相关关系。因此,引导下山移民、合理安排劳务的有序输出、通过自然村撤并促进农村人口集中以及加快农村非农产业的发展,将是促进欠发达地区农民纯收入增长的有效途径。
By building the factor model of rural inhabitant＇s net income and studying the factors besed on the model, the paper concludes there exists a negative relation between the rural inhabitant＇s net income and proportion of mountainous inhabitants and a positive relation between the proportion of work force output, average population of natural villages and non-agricultural production value. Many effective measures for increasing the net income of rural inhabitants in undeveloped regions can be taken, for example, guiding rural people to emigrate from mountainous regions, arranging work force to output properly, removing and combining natural villages and converging rural population and stimulating the development of non-agriculture.
