摘要
分析了城乡之间的经济与社会的发展不平衡的现状,说明了协调城乡发展的重要性;论证了协调城乡协调发现是促进社会稳定和谐、人与自然和谐和经济持续发展的需要;最后指出了协调城乡发展是一个复杂的系统工程,首先需要对导致城乡不协调的体制进行综合改革,需要给农民以国民待遇、并区分了公平待遇与反哺农业,需要政府的主导和城乡互动、社会参与。
This paper analyzes the current status of imbalance in economic and social development between urban and rural areas, and explains the importance of coordinating urban and rural development. It proves that the urban and rural coordinated development is the need of keeping a stable and harmonious society, ensuring the harmony between human beings and nature, and accelerating the sustainable development of economy. Finally, it points out that coordinating urban and rural development is a complicated systematic project, which firstly needs a comprehensive reform of the system causing discordance between urban and rural areas, needs giving farmers the unified treatment between fair treatment and supporting agriculture, meanwhile enjoyed by every average citizen, including the distinguishment needs government＇s leading, interaction between urban and rural areas, as well as participation of social organizations.
