摘要
采用比色法对人工养殖施氏鲟鱼组织中羟脯氨酸进行测定,结果表明:施氏鲟鱼皮、鳍、肉及肝中羟脯氨酸的含量分别为0.68%、0.301%、0.028%、和0.012%,其中施氏鲟鱼皮组织中羟脯氨酸的含量最高,这与其胶原蛋白含量高一致。
Hydroxyproline content in the tissue of farmed Acipenserschrenckii was determined by spectrophotometer. As a result, the hydroxyproline content was 0.68%, 0.301%, 0.028% and 0.012% respectively in Acipenserschrenckii skin, fin, flesh and liver. The hydroxyproline content is the highest in skin, this is consistent with the collogen content in Acipenserschrenckii skin.
