不同方法炮制狼毒中多糖含量研究 被引量:4

摘要 以药材狼毒为试材,采用硫酸—苯酚法测定狼毒生药及分别用诃子汤、奶、酒炮制的狼毒炮制品中的水溶性多糖、水不溶性多糖和总糖含量.研究表明炮制方法与多糖含量的多少有直接的关系.其结论如下:奶炮制品中水溶性多糖含量最多,为1.62%,诃子汤炮制品中水溶性多糖含量最低,为0.42%,生药中水不溶性多糖含量最高,为3.46%,酒炮制品中水不溶性多糖含量最低,为2.18%,生药中总糖含量最高,为8.4%,酒炮制品中总糖含量最低,为6.13%. This article as experiments the material take raw material for medicine Steller- achamaejasme, The sulfuric acid - phenol method for determination of Stelleracharnaejasme crude drugs and the content of water- soluhl, water- insoluble polysacchride and the total sugar in the Stellerachamaejasme with different artillery methods including the myrobalan soup, the milk and liguor concocts was studied. The research indicated artillery methods and the content of polysac- charide has direct relations. The conclusion is as follows: In the milk artillery product the water- soluble polysaccharide content most, is 1.62 %, In the myrobalan soup artillery product the water -soluble polysaccharide content is lowest, is 0.42%, In the crude drugs the water- insoluble polysaccharide content is highest, is 3.46%, In the liquor artillery product the water- insoluble polysaccharide content is lowest, is 2.18%, In the crude drugs the total sugar content is highest, is 8.4%, In the liquor artillery product the total sugar content is lowest, is 6.13%.
