摘要
本文选用已被实验证明对EB病毒有激活作用的药用植物提取物,研究其对腺病毒5型转化鼠胚细胞的促进作用。实验结果证明,对EB病毒有激活作用的黄芫花(Wikstroe-mia chamaedaphne)、了哥王(Wikstroemia indica)和狼毒(Stellera chamaejas-me)与促癌物TPA一样,能促进腺病毒5型转化鼠胚细胞;不能激活EB病毒的麦斛(Abruscantoniensis),也不能促进腺病毒5型转化鼠胚细胞。从而证明,黄芫花、了哥王和狠毒不仅对EB病毒有激活作用,而且对腺病毒转化细胞也有促进作用。
The enhancing effect of ether extracts from some Chinese herbs on the transformation of mouse cells by adenovirus type 5 was tested in sof t agar system. Wikstroema chamaedaphne. Wikstroemia indica and Stellem chamae-jasne which were found to activate early antigen ( EA ) of EB virus in Raji cells also enhanced the transformation of mouse cells by adenovirus type 5. Abrus cantoniensis could not activate EA nor enhance the transformation of mouse cells by adenovirus type 5. Transformation of mouse cells by adenovirus is a good model for studying the enhancing, effect of extract from Chinese herbs.
