摘要
目的:探索碘酸钾极谱体系测定食品中微量硒的方法。方法:采用微分电位溶出仪完成了碘酸钾极谱体系测定食品中微量硒的条件选择,包括反应时间、反应温度和放置时间等。并通过单因素和正交设计试验,对各试剂用量进行了选择和优化。结果:应用实验选择的方法测定番茄样品中微量硒,所得线性回归方程为Y=12810X+8.7024,r2=0.9996,硒的最小检出量为0.08μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.3%,加标回收率为93%~99%。结论:该方法测定食品中微量硒结果满意,该法具有灵敏度高,准确度好,仪器简单,操作简便等特点。
Objective:To seek the method for determination trace selenium in food in potassium iodate system by oscillopolarography. Methods: The tests of selecting conditions of determination trace selenium in food in potassium iodate system by oscil- lopolarography were carried out. Through single factor and orthogonal experiment, the amount of different reagents was selected and optimized. Results:Under this condition, the trace selenium in tomato was determined. The regress equation of linearity Y = 12810X + 8.7024 ( r^2 = 0. 9996) was obtained. The minimum amount determined of selenium was 0. 08μg/L, the RSD was 1.3 %, the sample recovery rate was in the range of 93 % ~ 99%. Conclusion:The method is sensitive, selective, rapid and simple and can be applied to determination of trace selenium in food with satisfactory results.
