摘要
用免疫组织化学方法观察ＳＤ大鼠同种异体结膜移植术后结膜植片的临床和局部免疫情况。结果显示：实验组动物结膜移植片的ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８、ＭΦ、ＢＣ在术后第１天与术后４周出现２个峰值，ＤＣ在术后４周也明显升高，至１２周时以上各指标恢复到正常结膜水平。第１天的结果应为同种异体结膜移植术后发生的创伤性反应所致。第４周的结果揭示受体动物受异体抗原刺激后，有发生免疫排斥反应的可能性。１２周后各指标恢复正常，说明机体通过某种机制抑制了免疫排斥反应的发生。
Immunohistochemical studies were carried out to study the immunological changes in the conjunctival graft in SD rats after homologous conjunctival transplantation. Two peaks of CD 3, CD 4, CD 8 positive cells, macrophages and B cells were observed in the conjunctiva one day and four weeks after conjunctival transplantation. A large number of dentritic cells were also noted four weeks after the transplantation. All of these cells returned to normal levels 12 weeks after the transplantation. The results suggest that homologous conjunctival graft is tolerated by the recipient rats although possible immunological rejection may occurs.
