摘要
结膜干燥症是原因不明、治疗棘手的眼病。作者采用母体结膜移植术治疗21例41眼,术后症状明显改善,泪流量增加,视力提高,结膜移植片生长良好,无排斥反应发生。母体术眼伤口愈合乎整,无任何后遗症。此法简便适于推广应用。
Xerosis of conjunctiva remains an obscure and intracta(?) disease in ophthalmic practice. In this article analysis was made on 41 eyes of the 21 cases with xerosis treated by using maternal conjunctivaltransplantation. The results showed markedly improved symptoms, increased lacrimal outflow, better visual acuity and stable transplants without rejecting reactions. The ocular wounds of the maternal donors healed evenly without sequelae. The advantages of this method include simple manipulation and easy popularization.
