摘要
近年来,浙江省职业教育发展迅速、成效显著,但仍存在对其战略地位认识不足,社会资源分配不利,师资队伍薄弱,管理体制、机制落后,办学方式、教学内容不能完全适应区域经济社会发展需求。针对"十一五"浙江省总体规划对职教发展提出的要求,应进一步强化地方政府统筹,全面推动校企合作,加强职教中心建设,优化专业结构,建设"双师型"师资队伍,建立职教专项扶贫资金,完善职教体系,多渠道筹措资金,加大职教投入。
In recent years, vocational education in Zhejiang province is developing rapidly and achieving distinguished effect, but there also exist some problems, such as insufficient cognition on its strategic status, unreasonable resources allocation, weak teaching staff, outdated administration system and mechanism, school-running mode and teaching content can＇t completely adapt to regional economic and social devel- opment demand. Aiming at the vocational education demand brought forward by the ＂11th-five-year＂ whole programming of Zhejiang province, vocational education in Zhejiang should progressively strengthen overall planning of local government, comprehensively boost cooperation between school and enterprise, emphasize the construction of vocational education center, optimize specialty structure, build ＂dual-qualification＂ teaching staff, etc.
