摘要
农村劳动力转移是我国当前农业和农村经济发展的重大战略问题。从我国西部农村地区的环境与资源约束及其破解入手,认为解决我国西部地区当前农村劳动力转移困境的有效出路是大力发展职业教育,并在深入剖析职业教育对西部农村劳动力转移贡献的机理的基础上,运用格兰杰因果关系检验模型对职业教育对西部农村劳动力转移的贡献做了实证研究。
The transfer of rural labor is a major strategic issue concerning current agriculture and rural economic development in China. This paper starts with environment and resource constraints and analysis in western rural areas of China, and holds that the effective way to solve current plight of rural labor transfer in western areas is to vigorously develop vocational education. It also makes empirical research by using Granger causality test model in the research of vocational education contribution to labor transfer in western rural areas based on deep analysis of contribution mechanism of vocational education to the labor transfer in western rural areas.
