摘要
企业生命周期理论着重于对企业进行全过程的研究 ,强调组织的历史对组织创新的影响。从生命周期观的角度研究组织创新主要有三类模式 :第一类模式把组织的发展划分为若干个阶段 ,分别研究每个阶段组织创新的重点工作 :第二类模式从企业中的基本管理问题出发 ,认为企业每个时期的组织创新都应该致力于解决这些基本的管理问题 ;第三类模式强调文化变革在企业组织创新中的作用 。
Life cycle theory emphasizes on the whole process of organization development and tinks that organization histry makes great influence on organization innovation. There are three kinds of research model of organization innovation. The first model divides the process of organization development into some stages and studies the management focus of every stage separately. The second one insists that every periods of organization innovation must emphasize on some basic management problems. And the last model, studying the change of corporate culture, thinks that organization innovation must be strendthened by analyzing and diagnosing corporate culture.
