摘要
面对日语人才市场的供不应求以及高校的日语“热”,应对专科日语人才培养目标和教学做出调整和创新,改变日语学习限在单一的语言文字、其他知识面较欠缺、适用岗位少、所学内容过于滞后的现象,向着既会日语、又有一定知识面、具有较强综合性应用能力的人才方向转变。
Demand for Japanese talents in manpower markets exceeds supply. Facing the ＂hot＂ for Japanese learning, Suzhou Vocational College has readjusted its goals and contents of Japanese teaching, trying to change the present situation of simple language teaching which is characterized by the lagging teaching contents and the neglect of widening the students＇ knowledge scope. It causes the students＇ incompetence in many posts. It will be changed into ＂ability- type＂ with an emphasis on cultivating students＇ comprehensive ability to apply Japanese in practice and widening their knowledge scope.
