摘要
随着全球经济一体化进程的发展和中日贸易的不断加深,社会对复合型日语人才的需求量不断攀升。而传统的日语人才培养模式在课程体系、教学模式、师资队伍等方面都存在着一定的局限性。因此,构建科学合理的课程体系,采用与时俱进的教学模式,不断提升教学团队的综合素质对培养新形势下的复合型日语人才至关重要。
With the further development of economic globalization and the deepening of the Sino-Japan trade,the all-round developed talents are being desperately demanded.However,the traditional method of the cultivation of Japanese talent in terms of the professional curriculum system,teaching mode and teaching faculty is in limitation.Therefore,the construction of the better curriculum system,teaching mode that could advance with time and qualified teaching faculty necessarily plays an important in the nurture of all-around developed Japanese talents which can go with the need of the society.
