摘要 木聚糖作为一种结构复杂的多糖,主要存在于半纤维素中,它是自然界中含量非常丰富可再生资源之一。木聚糖酶作为木聚糖降解酶系中最关键的酶,除了在广泛应用于食品、造纸等工业中,还可以将丰富的半纤维素转化为燃料、溶剂等有用物质,故十分具有发展潜力。文章重点介绍了木聚糖酶的种类、作用机理及其在工业中应用的研究进展。 As a structurally complex polysaccharide, xylan is the main components of hemicellulose. It is one of the most abundant regenerated resources in the natural world. As the key enzyme in the xylan degradation, xylanase could converse wood fiber materials into fuel, solvent and other useful materials. Also xylanase is used widely in the food and papermaking industry, so its development potential is extremely huge. This paper described the variety of the xylanase, action mechanism and the research progress of application in the industry.
