摘要
利用示波冲击试验和断口分析方法,对350,420,470,520,560,600,630℃时效温度处理状态下沉淀硬化不锈钢FV520(B)的冲击性能进行了比较深入的试验研究。结果表明:时效温度对FV520(B)钢冲击性能的影响主要决定于其对冲击裂纹扩展功的影响;随着时效处理由420℃增加到600℃,冲击试样启裂载荷Fm逐步下降,裂纹萌生功Ai缓慢增加,而裂纹扩展功Ap大幅度增加;630℃时效处理较600℃的Fm有所升高,Ai下降,而Ap增加;420℃及470℃时效状态下的冲击试样扩展区断口以解理形貌为主,而其它时效状态下为韧窝形貌,但韧窝细节各不相同。
By instrumental impact test and fracture analysis, the impact property of precipitatation-hardening stainless steel FV520(B) , aged at 350,420,470,520,560,600 and 630℃ was investigated. The results show that the effect of aging temperatures on impact property was dependent on the effect of aging temperatures on crack propagation energy. With the increase of aging temperature from 420℃ to 600℃, crack initiation load Fm of impact specimens descend gradually, and crack initiation energy Ai increased slowly, but crack propagation energy Ap increased quickly. Compared with the specimens aged at 600℃,Fm and Ap of the specimens increased, but Ai decreased aged at 630℃. The fracture appearance of the specimens aged at 420 ℃and 470℃was mostly in form of cleavage, and that of the specimens aged at other temperatures was mostly in form of dimple, but the dimples possesses nice difference.
