摘要
对低碳Nb钢和低碳Nb-Ti钢在等温处理和正火处理条件下的屈服强度进行了分析。结果表明在等温处理条件下沉淀强化是Nb-Ti钢重要的强化机制。当正火加热温度低于临界粗化温度T_C时,含Nb微合金钢和Nb-Ti复合微合金钢的强度主要来自细晶强化,沉淀强化效应很小。为了获得强度和塑性、韧性的优良配合,建议采用控制轧制工艺。
Yield strength analyses of low carbon Nb steel and low carbon Nb-Ti steel under isothermal treatment and normalization have been carried out. It was showed that precipitation is the significant strengthening factor in Nb-Ti steel when isothermally treated. But when the normalizing temperature is below Tc which is the critical temperature for grains to coarsen, grain refinement plays a important part in the strengthening of Nb steel and Nb-Ti steel, and the precipitation contributes little. In order to acquire the balance between strength and toughness, controlled rolling was suggested.
