摘要 用Hollomon方法研究了非调质钢35MnVN的加工硬化指数的阶段性,有n_1,n_2,n_33个硬化指数。沉淀相降低了钢的n值。分析了n_1,n_2,n_3与显微组织的关系。n_1主要受沉淀相对先共析铁素体的影响控制;n_2主要受铁素体与珠光体协调变形性控制;n_3与珠光体晶团内各相协调变形及Fe_3C片行为有关。n_2与ε_u近似相等。测定了钢的n_u,n_(un),n_t供比较用。比较了正火40钢与35MnVN钢n值和φK值,认为不同钢种、不同显微组织条件下,不宜用n值的高低直接作为塑性高低的判据。 Staged work-hardening exponents of 3 5MnVN were studied by use of Hollomon method.It was found that 35MnVN steel has three work-hardening exponents n_1,n_2,n_3.The precipitate reduces n. The relation of n1,n2,n3 to microstructure was also discussed. It is shown that ni depends mainly upon the effect of precipitate on pre-precipitated ferrite,while n2 depends upon the accordant deformation between ferrite and pearlite,and n3 is related to the accordant strain of various phase in pearlite and the deformation behaviour of Fe3C. n2 approachs to ε_u,nu,nun and nt have also been measured for comparision n andφK of 35MnVN steel were compared with those of normalized 40 steel. The results shOw that n is not suitable to be used as a criterion for directly comparing the deformation level in dinerent steels or different microstructures.
