摘要
在分析造纸厂纸浆蒸煮过程数学模型的基础上,提出了一种模糊PID控制器。该控制器能够自适应地调节比例、积分和微分作用,使系统具有超调量小、鲁棒性、自适应性强、调节时间短的优点,克服了传统PID控制器的缺点。该控制系统用于某造纸厂4个蒸球的蒸煮控制,取得了良好的控制效果。
A fuzzy PID control system is proposed, based on the analysis of the mathematic model of spherical digester cooking process, the fuzzy PID possesses virtues of small overshoot, robustness, adaptability and short adjusting time and overcomes the shortcoming of traditional PID controller, for fuzzy PID controller can adjust its proportion, integral and differential effects. The control system is applied to control 4 spherical digesters in a paper mill which obtains good effect.
