摘要
以玉米全粉、CO2树脂和EVA为原料,制备生物可降解塑料餐盒,并通过材料力学等测试,进一步研究了以玉米全粉制备生物降解餐盒的物理性能、卫生指标和生物降解性能。结果表明,用玉米全粉生产生物可降解餐盒在成本上、加工环境上,力学性能、降解性能上都优于淀粉生物可降解餐盒;用CO2树脂与EVA配比使餐盒质量进一步提高,且其最佳配比为3∶1。
Corn powder, CO2 resin and EVA were used as raw materials to made biodegradable plastic meal box. Physical performance, hygienic index and biodegradable function of this meal box were studied by mechanics test of materials.
