摘要
为提高淀粉材料的力学性能和耐水性能,以六偏磷酸钠为交联剂,有机硅烷偶联剂KH-570为疏水化改性剂,通过正交试验和四因素二次旋转正交组合试验设计,对玉米淀粉交联疏水化双改性工艺参数进行优化。结果表明:淀粉交联改性的最佳工艺参数为pH值11,六偏磷酸钠的用量1.5%,温度40℃,时间2 h;淀粉疏水偶联化改性最佳工艺参数为乙醇浓度95.70%,KH-570用量1.68%(占淀粉干基),稀释度2.81%,反应时间29.61 m in。改性淀粉吸水率最小为16.23%。
The hydrophobic double modified starch was prepared from corn starch with cress linking agent Sodium Hexametaphosphate and organosilane coupling agents KH-570. By means of orthogonal experiment and four-factors quadratic orthogonal rotation combination experimenent design, the process parameters of hydrephobic doublemodified starch was optimized. Results indicated that the optimized process parameters of cress link modified starch including: pH 11, Sodium Hexametaphosphate 1.5% ( dry starch based), temperature of reaction 40 ℃, time of reaction 2 hours. The optimized process parameters are alcohol concentration 95.70% , amount of KH-570 dosage 1.68% (dry starch based), dilution 2.81%, time of reaction 29.61 min . when taken these process parameters, the minimum absorption rate of double modified starch is 16.23%.
