摘要
对实际应用中的不同混凝土搅拌机和搅拌方法进行了综合分析,提出混凝土性能取决于其微观结构,而微观结构又取决于其组成成分、养护条件、搅拌方法以及搅拌机型。判定一种搅拌方法在特定的工况下是否最优,需综合考虑施工地点与拌和楼的距离、工程所需混凝土量、施工进度以及生产成本等因素;并且以混凝土搅拌质量为依据来评价混凝土搅拌方法,同时给出搅拌效率的评价方法。
Through comprehensive analysis of current mixing methods and equipments, it is presented that the performance of concrete depends on microstructure. The structure depends on composition, maintenance conditions, mixing methods and equipments. The evaluation of different mixing methods lies in construction cite, concrete volume, progress, and efficiency, etc. The evaluating measures are given according to the quality.
