摘要
近年来,从红豆杉科红豆杉属植物的树皮中分离出抗肿瘤有效成分紫杉醇,引起了广大学者的关注,成为研究热点。试验证明紫杉醇对多种癌症有疗效,但对治疗乳腺癌、卵巢癌和肺癌的效果最好。,本文综述了近年来其在治疗肺癌、卵巢癌和乳腺癌的研究进展,同时对比了国产与进口紫杉醇制剂的疗效。
In recent years, the plant from the Chinese yew branch in the bark to separate the anti - tumor effective component taxus to he mellow, has aroused the general scholar＇s interest, and it became the research hot spot. The experiment proved the Paclitaxel has the curative effect to many kinds of cancers, furthermore it treats breast cancer, the ovarian cancer and the lung cancer＇s effect is the best. So this article has summarized the treatment of the lung cancer, the ovarian cancer and breast cancer research progress for the recent years, simultaneously has contrasted domestically produced and the Paclitaxel preparation curative effect.
