摘要
对从大豆中提取大豆异黄酮的工艺进行了研究。在单因素试验结果与分析的基础上,通过正交试验,考察了料液比、乙醇浓度、提取次数和时间等因素对大豆异黄酮提取效果的影响。并根据试验结果,优化了大豆异黄酮的提取工艺条件,在1∶7料液比、70%乙醇浸提、65℃恒温摇床提取2次、每次1h的最优条件下,大豆异黄酮提取率可高达0.533%。
The present paper focused on the technology of extracting soybean isoflavone. Based on single factor analysis and orthogonal experiments, the condition for extracting soybean isoflavone was optimized as following: 70% ethanol as extracting solvent, extracting twice( lh each time) at 65℃ ,and 1:7 as sample-ethanol ratio. The optimum conditions could raise the extraction rate up to 0. 533 %.
