摘要 目的了解山东省食品中亚硫酸盐含量情况。方法2005-2006年在山东部分城市中采集8个种类,共计252份样品进行检测和评价。结果大多数样品的二氧化硫残留量较低,总体超标率为7.14%。超标样品呈残留量大、超标倍数高的特点。结论对个别厂家盲目添加添加剂的行为应当引起重视。 Objective To find out the contents of sulfite in certain food of Shandong province. Method 252 food samples of 8 kinds were determined from 2005 to 2006 year. Results The residue of sulfur dioxide in the samples were lower and the rate residue in the samples over national standard of China was 7.14%, and the samples over the standard may focus on several specific kinds, and the residue in these samples were higher than those of the standard. Conclusion The results showed that most samples were satisfied. More attention should be payed to the behavior of abuse of food additives.
