摘要
本文评述了控制气氛直流电弧分析高纯稀土氧化物中稀土杂质的工作。讨论了气氛对稀土谱线和背景的影响,最佳光谱测定条件及达到的分析技术指标。
This paper surveys the works on D. C. controlled atmosphere spectrographic determination of trace other rare earths in highly pure rare earth oxides. The effect of controlled atmosphere on intensity of spectral lines of rare earths and background, and optimum determination conditions have been discussed. The lower limits of determination of other rare earths in various rare earth oxide and the relative standard deviations are tabularly compared
