摘要
素质教育是当前教育界的热门话题．而主体性培养又是素质教育的一个重要特征。本文试从教育观念、教学活动、管理工作以及教师素质等方面论述大学素质教育过程中学生主体性培养的问题。
Character education is the present time arousing popular interest subject of a talk of educational circles, and main body is cultivated and is an important characteristic of character education. Discussing university character tries from educates the concept, teaching activity, manages work as well as teacher＇s character etc educates course middle school student main body the person who cultivates the question.
