摘要
针对前人炉温预报模型存在变量过多不利于专家规则制定,未考虑渣皮脱落等因素对炉温影响,以及不能有效模拟专家思维等缺陷,改进了炉温预报选取的变量,设计开发了基于模糊数学理论的高炉炉温预报模糊推理专家系统。开发的炉温预报系统在武钢1号高炉运行取得很好的效果,命中率达到了93.85%。
The former blast furnace temperature forecast models have some limitations. For instance, there are so many variables which are difficult for experts to establish rules; some important variables, such as scaffold drop-out in blast furnace , that affects blast furnace temperature, have not been considered; traditional expert system can not effectively simulate experts' thinking, etc. To solve these problems, we improved the selection of variables for blast furnace temperature forecast and developed an expert system of fuzzy inferring based on fuzzy mathematical theory. The system has gained good results on No. 1 Blast Furnace of WISCO with a hit rate of 93.85 %.
