基于不确定阶梯式DMC的高炉炉温预测控制

摘要 为了对当前炉温的发展做出正确的预测,充分考虑了实际高炉炉温控制系统不确定性因素的影响和预测控制算法需要进行复杂矩阵运算的缺点,提出了一种基于不确定阶梯式动态矩阵的预测控制算法,并应用于高炉炉温控制系统。仿真实验结果表明,该预测控制算法能对当前炉温的发展做出正确的预测,控制稳定性好,是一种提高高炉炉温控制精度的有效方法。 In order to forecast the development of the current temperature truly, the impaction of uncertainties about the actual blast furnace temperature control system and the shortcoming that predictive control algorithm needs complex matrix operation were fully considered. Based on the stair-like DMC, one kind of predictive control algorithm was proposed and used in an uncetain control system of blast furnace temperature. The result of simulation test shows that the predictive control algorithm can make a correct prediction of the current temperature, and it has the advantages of good stability, which implies that this control approach is effective for improving the accuracy of the blast furnace temperature control.
