摘要
系统地介绍了攀钢1号高炉专家系统的特点、结构以及功能,阐述了专家系统的数学模型、冶金规则及冶金诊断,同时对系统应用中存在的问题进行了分析,并探讨了解决方法。通过实际数据对比分析发现,VAI高炉专家系统对于保证高炉生产的安全、稳定和顺行具有重要的作用。
The paper systemically introduces the characteristic, structure and function of expert system for Pangang No. 1 blast furnace. It also expounds the mathematics model, metallurgy rules and metallurgy diagnosis of the expert system. And analyses the existent limitation of the system in applied, researches it＇s resolving method. It＇s known an importmant function for ensuring the blast furnace produce to safety, stability and smooth running of the VAI expert system through contrasting some actual data.
