摘要
反倾销是世界贸易组织赋予缔约国抵制不公平贸易行为的主要措施之一,是进口国可以采取的保护本国工业免受进口产品冲击,实现对本国贸易保护的合法手段。随着国际贸易自由化进程的推进,世贸组织允许单边使用的控制进口措施已寥寥无几,而反倾销措施却越来越成为各国极力寻求使用的贸易保护武器。国外对我国出口产品的反倾销案件数量逐年上升,涉及金额也不断增加。对我国政府和企业来说,加强应诉工作,争取胜诉,是十分现实的问题。
Antidumping is one of the main measures for World Trade Organization to impart its members to boycott unfair trade behaviors and is a legal method for goods -imported countries to protect products of home countries from the assaulting of foreign products to realize trade protection of home countries. With the promoting of international free trade, the unilateral - used import -control measures, which are allowed by World Trade Organization, are fewer and fewer to be left, however, antidumping measures more and more become trade protection weapons of each country to try to seek and use. Antidumping cases of foreign countries on China＇s exported products are added year by year and the related amount of money is continuously increasing. A realistic issue for Chinese Government and enterprises is to consolidate the response to the action and make efforts to win the lawsuit.
