摘要
目的探讨聚焦超声治疗儿童血管病变动物模型的能效关系及安全性和有效性。方法使用CZP型超声治疗仪样机,选择合适探头焦距,调节功率和时间,对海南灰公鸡鸡冠进行扫描式辐照后,肉眼观察鸡冠及2,3,5-三苯基氯化四氮唑(TTC)染色实验、光镜和电镜下观察和超声多普勒检查鸡冠血管层改变。结果①海南灰公鸡鸡冠和儿童血管病变组织结构相似;②2.6 w 200 s和3.6 w 120 s两种剂量辐照鸡冠,作用表皮下血管层的有效率均为100%,表皮不可逆性损伤发生率分别为0、37.5%;③治疗前后两组海南灰公鸡的采食量、水消耗、体重及肛温均无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论聚焦超声治疗血管病变动物模型的研究显示其可能成为治疗儿童皮肤皮下血管病变的安全有效的新方法之一。
Objective To explore the validity, security and relationship between the energy and effect of focused ultrasound for animal model with vascular anomalies. Methods The Hainanhui cockscombs were scanning irradiated using CZP therapeutic apparatus with optimal focus and different power and time The tissue changes of cockscombs curls and vascular regions were observed by TTC dyeing, HE staining, light and electron microscopic, Doppler ultrasound. Then the anal temperature, weight,water and food consumption of these cocks were recorded. Results The tissue structure of children's vascular anomalies was similar to that of the male Hainanhui cockscomb. Two groups of 2. 6 w 200 s and 3. 6 w120 s irradiating to cockscombs showed the 100% validity for the vascular area under curls,while the incidence of irreversible damage to curls was 0. 00% and 37. 50%, respectively. The anal temperature, weight, water and food consumption of the two groups had no significant changes when compared with the pretreatment conditions (P〉0. 05). Conclusions This research of focused ultrasound treatment to the model of vascular anomalies indicates that this treatment may be beneficial to the children with vascular anomalies in skin as well as in subcutaneous stratum.
