摘要
在对政府教育财政支出集中研究的大背景下,近几年家庭教育消费支出问题也逐渐受到广泛关注。特别是基础教育阶段家庭为子女教育而自主选择的消费项目,更是得到学术研究者和市场调查公司的关注。面对新的家庭教育消费的现实情况,讨论家庭教育消费支出的概念、内容及其结构,可以为市场了解居民教育消费的结构与热点提供信息和帮助,为国家制定家庭福利政策提供参考和依据。
Family expenditure for education is becoming more diversified in pace with ever-increasing demand for education. More attention has been focused by academic scholars and research companies on educational spendings opted by families at their own discretion for their children at elementary education level. Given the newly emerging circumstances in family educational consumption, it＇s necessary to discuss the concept of family educational expenditure, its forms and structures, with an aim to provide useful reference and tool for government analysis on the subject structure and hot trend as well as subsequent policy making.
