摘要
对河北省38所高校进行师德建设现状问卷调查的结果显示,各高校普遍比较重视师德建设,采取了一些加强师德建设的措施,取得了一定的效果,但还存在师德建设氛围不够浓厚、师德建设管理体制不够健全、教师师德考核评价体系不够完善等共性问题。因此,要提高高校师德建设水平,就必须在制度建设的科学性、管理体系的完整性、考核方案的实用性作进一步深入的工作,比如制订对下属二级单位师德建设工作的考核方案,完善教师师德考核指标体系和方案等。
Through questionnaire about the teachers＇morality construction in 38 universities in Hebei province, it is evident that all universities take the morality construction of teachers into consideration now. They all have some effective ways to strengthen teachers＇ morality. But there still exist some common problems such as the atmosphere, the management and the assessment. So more work must be done in the scientific institution construction, the complete management system and the practical assessment method, in order to improve the teachers＂ morality in higher institutes of learning.
