摘要
以实行工程量清单计价模式的目的、意义为出发点,对预算定额计价模式与清单计价模式的特征进行了区别对比,并指出采用工程量清单计价后管理人员在工作中应注意的问题,为辨别清楚清单计价与传统的定额计价的概念特征提供了一些帮助。
It differentiates the feature of the budget norm figure model and the list figure model based on the quantity list figure model, and points out the problems should be attended existing in the working with the quantity list figure to the managerial staff, which will supply some help to differentiate the conceptual feature between the quantity list figure and the classical norm figure.
