摘要
指出当拟建土建工程项目要求与计价表子目工作内容不完全相符时,不能直接套用综合单价,应根据不同情况分别加以换算,从土建工程实例方面进行了分析,总结了不同情况下的换算公式,归纳简化了综合单价的计算公式,从根本上解决了综合单价换算复杂的问题。
Pointed out that when the plan project requirements and the meter specific item work content doesn＇t agree with,not directly applied the comprehensive unit price,but also should according to different situations make respectively calculation.This paper analyzed from civil engineering examples,summarized the conversion formula under different conditions,simplified and integrated the computation formula of the comprehensive unit price,solved the conversion complex problem of comprehensive unit price from the fundamental.
