摘要
任何一个社会都不能缺少整体性的价值理性共识,它表现为社会成员基于对该社会制度安排的合法性积极认同基础上的自觉、自律的行为风范表现,因此构成文明、公正而健康的现代政治国家的核心治理理念,同时也是现代公民社会健全发育之最重要的内在结构性因素之一;市场经济“理性经济人”之偏狭的“工具理性”预设,决定了其很难形成“社会-文化人”的公共价值体验与情怀;当代中国社会转型过程中所出现的“公共领域”与“私人领域”分立,客观上使有关“公共事业”的使命、责任等问题被提到了重要议事日程,意味着必须重塑以“群体互惠与意义共享”为价值目标的自愿的“公民社会共同体”的生存信念,并将其作为一种理想的新制度价值理念选择。
No society can do without overall value rationality, which is reflected in the voluntary and self- disciplined behaviors of the public out of their positive understanding of the legality of the system arrangement in the society. Overall value rationality is one of the nuclear governance concepts constituting the civilized, just and healthy nation of modern politics as well as one of the internal structural factors contributing to the sound development of modem citizen society. The limited presupposition of ＂instrumental rationality＂ rational economic man under market economy renders it hardly possible to form the experience and mood of public values of ＂social - cultural＂ man. The disintegration of public sector and private sector during the current social transformation in China has, though unintentionally, put the issues such as mission and responsibility concerning ＂public undertaking＂ on the top agenda. That means the voluntary survival ideal shall be re - cultivated, that of ＂civil society community＂ aiming at ＂community reciprocal benefit and significance sharing＂ and the ideal shall be taken as one alternative of new ideal systems.
