猫喉内肌碳酸酐酶组织化学及超微定位观察 被引量:1

摘要 采用碳酸酐酶(CA)的组织、细胞化学方法,对正常猫喉内肌纤维进行了分型和CA的超微定位观察。结果发现,环杓后肌和环甲肌的中间肌(Ⅰ型)纤维含量多(P<0.0l),属慢肌纤维,而甲构肌和环构侧肌的白肌(ⅡB型)纤维比例高(P<0.0l),属快肌纤维;CA主要分布于线粒体集聚、细胞核和与毛细血管相邻处的肌膜、肌浆以及核膜上。提示其肌型构成不同与各肌的生理功能有关,CA在喉内肌代谢中起重要作用。文中讨论了CA作用的可能机理。 Abstract The localization of carbonic anhydrase(CA)activity and the typing in the intralaryn-geal muscles of cats were studies by histochemistry and cytochemistry. We found that the rates of the interphyletic(Ⅰtype)myofibril in posterior cricoarvtenoid and cricothyroid muscle were higher than in others(P<0.0l).The rates of the white(Ⅱ B type) myofibril in thyroarytenoid and lateral cricoarytenoid muscle were higher than in others. The numer-ous enzymatic reaction products were localized in the nucleomma myolemma and myoplasm in the regions of mitochondrions polymerize and approximate to nuclei and capillaries. It issuggested that the rates are correlated with the physiological functions fo the muscles, CA plays an important role in the metabolism of intralaryngeal muscles, The possible active mechanism of CA were discussed.
