摘要
用组织化学、细胞化学方法结合图像分析和听觉电生理技术,研究了冲击波对豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞碳酸酐酶(CA)的影响及其与听阈阈移的关系。结果表明冲击波暴露后6、12、24、48、72小时组,毛细胞中CA阳性产物的灰度值较正常组明显降低(P<0.01),其灰度值的变化与听觉脑干反应(ABR)阈移呈负相关(r=-0.9369,P<0.01)。提示毛细胞中CA活性减低是冲击波致听力损失的因素之一。文中讨论了CA在耳蜗毛细胞的作用及其与听阈的关系。
The effects of shock wave on carbonic anhydrase (CA) activity in thecochlea hair cell of guinea pigs were studied by histochemistry, cytochemistry, imageanalysis and auditory electrophysiology. The results showed that 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h, 72hafter shock wave explosure the CA gray densities were lower than that of the controls(P<0. 01). The changes of CA gray densities were opposite correlated with ABR threshold shifts (r=-0. 9369, P<0.01). The results suggested that the decreased CA in thehair cell may be another important mechanism to hearing loss caused by shock wave.The functions of CA in the hair cell and the correlation with the auditory threshold werediscussed.
